Who is required to establish a whistleblowing system?
Whistleblower Protection Act
A Whistleblower Protection Act mandates that every company with at least 50 employees must operate an internal whistleblowing system. Additionally, in some specific cases, companies with fewer than 50 employees are also required to establish a whistleblowing system. Public authorities and local government bodies are obligated to investigate complaints and public interest reports in accordance with the law.
ESG regulations

However, companies that are contractual partners or suppliers of large enterprises may also be affected by ESG requirements, as large companies falling under the scope of ESG are obligated to audit their suppliers according to specified sustainability criteria.
